SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-demand periods (new drops, sales), processing may take an additional 1-5 business days.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival — these are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by destination.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages E Signature is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you experience an issue, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
